Versa takes the approach of emphasizing on bringing innovative solutions to unique problems. Our Advanced Services department focuses on developing the best solutions for any inspection need, while maintaining a high level of value through capturing the best data, it can also provide the most cost-effective solution.
Our newly appointed Advanced Services Director, Jeremy Howard, has a clear vision of where he plans to take the department: “I have a clear and simple idea of where I want this team to go and what I want to provide, which is to be the most successful and trusted Advanced Services group in the industry. How exactly will we do this? I can’t stress enough the importance of continuing to put as much value into our employees as possible. Our strategy moving forward is going to be maintaining functionality from an operational standpoint. We must continue to invest, guide and mentor our people that are doing the work. If we can maintain that, I have no doubt that there is no where to go but up.”
With this strategy comes new chances to innovate. Jeremy continued, “We don’t establish a technique and are simply satisfied; we are continuously trying to improve all of our processes. Avoiding complacency and constantly investing in our procedures is how are at the top of our game.”
